Returns & Refunds
We endeavour to ensure that all products leave our premises in perfect condition and are sufficiently packed to avoid any breakages in transit.
For any reason, if you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us by post for a full refund within 7 days. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any refund for postage and packing.
When returning an item you must first send an email notifying us of your intention to make the return. returns@echristmastrees.co.uk
We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number which must be clearly visible on your parcel. All returns must be sent to:

All refunds will be made subject to goods being received in saleable condition. Refunds will be made to you within 7 working days of receipt of your return. Refunds will only be made using the original payment method. i.e. if you paid by card the refund will go back onto the same card.
If you're order is damaged or faulty, please contact us by phone or email first, and depending on the fault we will instruct you what to do next.
